How can I book a room through the site?

Hit 'Book Now' on the top bar of the site. Enter in the dates of your stay as well as how many people will be staying with you and hit search. This will bring up a list of rooms available with locations. Follow the prompts to book.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We get asked frequently if crypto currency is an option but it is currently not supported.

If I need to cancel my reservation, what is the process?

The process is very simple. As long as you are within the cancellation window for your hotel, you can head over to your account page and hit cancel on your reservation. We will ask you a few questions concerning the cancellation and send you an email with confirmation of the cancel.

How long does it take to get my refund if I have to cancel my booking?

Refunds are processed within our normal timeframe, 24 hours from the cancellation request. Keep in mind, your bank or payment service determines when the funds become available in your account.

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors, airline employees, etc)?

We provide the best available rates for the dates of your stay. The discounts are already included and therefore it is not possible to have any other discount on the confirmed price.

How can I get a receipt for my booking?

There are different ways to get your receipt. If you have an account with us, you can view it anytime by heading to your account page and looking at your active bookings. If you don't have an account with us, you will be sent an email with a link to view your receipt.

Can I make special requests for my hotel?

Yes, there will be a box for special requests when you go to book your room. This request will be forwarded to the hotel and we will email you with updates on whether your request went through or not.
